As a Senior Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and profits for our hotels. You will be responsible for managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, as well as function space authorizations, restrictions, and rental.
">- Manages room inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue
- Maintains the transient rooms inventory for the hotel(s) and responsible for maximizing transient revenue
- Releases group rooms back into general inventory and ensures clean booking windows for customers
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our hotel's sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation system and the inventory system. Your primary goal is to increase market share for all properties by refining sales strategies and analyzing period-end data to identify trends and obstacles to achieving goals.
