**Job Title:** Hospitality Revenue Manager
As a senior revenue manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits within the hospitality industry. Your primary objective is to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Oversee rooms and function space inventory to achieve optimal revenue generation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including pricing and promotions, to drive bookings.
- Conduct analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and weekly/daily projections to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue management, property management systems, forecasting, budgets, and demand forecasting.
A degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent work experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have a talent for data analysis and strategy development, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Optimize room rates and occupancy levels to maximize revenue.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement pricing and promotional campaigns to drive bookings.
