Job Title: Senior Electrical Tender Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Tender Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our tendering process, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring that all necessary documents and information are accurate and complete.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and clarify RFQs (Request for Quotations) or opportunities during the pre-tender and tender phase, and raise queries or amendments to influence clients or consultants if possible.

You will also be responsible for preparing a Risk Management (RM) checklist to present to local and Japanese management for decisions, visiting sites to understand the scope of work, and preparing MOM for Tender scope.

In addition, you will lead and organize single or multi-systems like mechanical, electrical, and ELV tender preparation, reviews, and submission to ensure completeness, quality, technical, and risk compliance, and on-time tender submission.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience as an Assistant Tender Manager/Manager and building electrical work experience within the M&E Industry
  • Able to read the electrical drawing and understand the specs
  • Experienced leader, able to lead more than 2 Quantity Surveyors (QS), and work with several departments to meet deadlines
  • Experience in HT, LV, and ELV, with knowledge in ACMV/Fire is a must
  • Ability to handle multiple tenders at one go and handle tender interviews with smooth, eloquent expressions
  • Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint for the preparation of presentation materials
