Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to oversee the entire tender process from pre-qualification to final submission.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for reviewing tender specifications, project drawings, and contract terms to align with organizational capabilities and objectives. You will also prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, ensuring all submission requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and tendering procedures. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office and tendering software, such as AutoCAD.

You will collaborate closely with internal departments, including Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, to gather necessary inputs. You will also attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can provide recommendations to management to enhance bid success rates. If you have excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging role.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical/M&E tendering within the construction industry
  • Prior experience handling LTA tenders is highly preferred
