Job description:

- .Responsible in supporting all Electrical engineering works for the projects.
- Prepare scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals including Tender preparation, submission and Tender Clarification follow up for Electrical works.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets for Electrical works including equipment selection, etc.
- Participate in engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of project.
- Develop Electrical works’ project schedule and monitor/update as project progresses. - Perform Testing & Commissioning works.
- Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation (i.e. shop drawings).
- Provide specific expertise for problem solving of electrical issues.
- Provide technical evaluation of subcontractor and equipment proposals.
- Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of the project.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim.

**Requirements**:
At least 5 years’ experience in Construction project management for M&E projects.

Must have at least a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with Design and Build knowledge; able to conduct Engineering Calculation.

Excellent understanding of commercial Mechanical & Electrical systems.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Knowledgeable in construction policies and procedures, with field experience a must.

Highly motivated individuals with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a dedicated team player.
