About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Support Engineer to join our team. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and complete responses to customer inquiries, as well as educating customers on product usage and features.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the frontline contact for customers in need of support, resolving technical issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  2. Educate customers on product capabilities, usage, and features, ensuring seamless adoption and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating cases as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Manage support workload, providing visibility into issue resolution status and continuously improving internal processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Technical expertise in API and Shell scripting (MacOS, UNIX), with intermediate-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and Mongo databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian environment (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese) a plus.
