
Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our products. Your key responsibilities will include servicing and maintaining our products on-site, promptly addressing service and fault calls, and collaborating with the Technical Support team to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing service and fault calls in a timely manner
- Ensure smooth operation of our products through regular maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work closely with the Technical Support team to resolve complex technical issues
- Interact with end-users to understand their problems and provide feedback to the Technical Support team
Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in trouble shooting and customer service
- Ability to relate to and service customers with a win-win mindset
- Basic Ionising Radiation Safety certification advantageous
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge with certification on in-house products
- Able to deal with routine tasks and complex tasks within guidelines
- Take decisions for own tasks in defined degree of freedom
- Works independently within guidelines, defined procedures and direction
