Restaurant Operations Assistant Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic and growing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of restaurant operations, including supervising and coordinating assigned shifts, conducting daily pre-operation meetings, observing and teaching staff on service standards, ordering daily supplies, and ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards.
