Restaurant Operations Leader

As a seasoned professional in the fast-paced food and beverage industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your leadership skills and experience will enable you to effectively manage a team of staff members and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

2. Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure cleanliness and organization.

3. Develop and maintain inventory management systems to minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization.

4. Train staff on quality control procedures, customer service standards, and cash handling practices.

5. Implement compliance measures to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company SOPs.

6. Ensure prompt attention to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

7. Perform opening and closing duties, including supervising staff during peak hours and monitoring sales performance.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.

9. Participate in recruitment and selection processes to identify top talent for key positions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or related field.

2. Proven experience in a similar role or a minimum of 2 years working in the F&B industry.

3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff members.

4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

6. Customer-focused approach, with ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their concerns.
