Restaurant Management Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, including menu presentation, customer service, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present menu to customers and take orders in a professional manner.
  • Attend to customer needs and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the quality of dishes before serving.
  • Manage table arrangement and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Handle cashier duties and manage wine cellar inventory.
  • Recommend food and wine pairings to guests based on their preferences.
  • Negotiate purchase prices with vendors and manage beverage inventory and costing.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverages.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
