Restaurant Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining high efficiency standards, managing finances, and driving sales growth through innovative marketing promotions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that meet customer expectations.
  • Control purchases and inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management review.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork and communication with guests, employees, suppliers, and sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in food and beverage operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food production methods and safety protocols.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpretation skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
  • Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure, remaining calm in stressful situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety, inventory management, and recruitment best practices.
