Transform Operations for Enhanced Customer Experience

About the Role

  • We're looking for a skilled Transformation Specialist to lead our operations transformation efforts.
  • Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing customer and employee experience in banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements, review solutions, and ensure end-to-end system delivery and testing with stakeholders.
  • Implement digital customer journeys to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional country and functional teams to design and implement operational solutions.
  • Analyse and review operations solutions for effectiveness.
  • Implement automation agendas to transform consumer banking operations efficiently.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document requirements artefacts.
  • Review functional specifications and process define documents carefully.
  • Coordinate UAT test plans and execute test cases within scheduled timelines.
  • Provide post-production support, resolve production issues, and track them to closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives is required.
  • Preferably with project life cycle experience in Financial Services Industry in areas such as Consumer Banking Operations, Customer Centres, Wealth/Learn/CASA product knowledge is an advantage.
  • Bachelor/Diploma Degree holder is necessary.
  • Core competencies include:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
    • Good knowledge of banking and technology principles is required.
    • Strong teamwork and inter-relationship skills are crucial.
    • Adaptable, disciplined, and focused attitude is necessary.
    • Organised and systematic approach is required.
    • Proven analytical skills are essential for success.
    • Proficient in MS Office: Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint is a must.
