Job Title: Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infantcare environment, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing stimulating programs tailored to the unique needs of each infant.

Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our youngest learners. This includes:

  • Planning and executing activities that cater to the individual needs of each infant;
  • Preparing and setting up a safe and conducive space for learning and play;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for our infants and their families;
  • Providing exceptional care and support to meet the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of our charges.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or its equivalent;
  • A willingness to work in an infantcare environment with infants;
  • Experience in early childhood education is preferred.
