Drive Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of strategic partnerships and sponsorships. This role requires a strong analytical edge, with expertise in event strategy, partner engagement, and business development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute key sponsored events, including ISCA Conference, Tech Fairs, Roundtables
  • Curate content and speakers for all sponsor entitlements
  • Support conference & exhibitor activities
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to curate event themes, identify speakers, and develop compelling branding, campaigns and invitations

Partnerships:
  • SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF THE ISCA PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IN ACHIEVING SPONSORSHIP REVENUE TARGETS
  • Manage ongoing sponsor relationships with a focus on retention and value delivery
  • Interface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with sponsors to build business partnerships and support company growth

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to project management, events, business development, sponsorship or stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical skills, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost allocations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and event management platforms
