Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional service to our guests.

You will be accountable for supervising the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures related to bedroom, bathroom, valet, cleaning services, and linen maintenance.

Ensuring guest laundry is processed and delivered in a timely manner is also one of your key responsibilities.

You will manage all special requests made by guests pertaining to the housekeeping department.

Consistency within the department and managing lost property in the hotel are additional duties that you will perform.

You will work closely with the department leader to drive results and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and in accordance with OH&S guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum qualification in Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory level is necessary.
