The Food and Beverage Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the food and beverage operations of a restaurant or hospitality establishment.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional events and initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness.
- Establish and enforce restaurant policies, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Lead, train, and manage food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverages.
- A degree in culinary arts or food service management may be advantageous for career advancement.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry is crucial for success in this role.
- A strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management systems.
- The ability to manage finances effectively and meet business targets is essential.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
- The ability to forecast food and beverage needs is key to success in this role.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers.
