**Hospitality Manager - APAC Region (Singapore)**
**Location**: Singapore
**Salary**: 72,000.00 SGD per year, plus bonus
We are seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee reception and hospitality operations across multiple regions. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by managing front desk operations, coordinating hospitality services, and leading a team of guest services professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:
Lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple locations within the APAC region.
Implement training plans to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest hospitality standards.
Foster inclusivity and encourage diverse perspectives within the team.
Develop and maintain communication strategies with clients and stakeholders.
**Operations**:
Oversee all front desk, hospitality, room reservations, and catering activities.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for these functions.
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service quality across all locations.
**Contract Management**:
Monitor and manage budgets related to guest services.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with clients and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
**Strategic Planning**:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest services across the regions.
Identify opportunities for service improvements and cost efficiencies.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
Min Degree in Business Management or relevant experience in Hospitality and F&B industries.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role such as event coordination, booking, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for service excellence and attention to detail.
Strong financial awareness and business acumen and ability to manage budgets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Impeccable personal presentation.
Right to work in Singapore is a must.
