
Executive Assistant to C-suite Management

The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the CHRO and other department heads. This encompasses a wide range of tasks, from handling correspondence and phone calls to managing calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CHRO, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist the CHRO in preparing materials for meetings, tracking follow-up action items, and expediting issues received by the office.
- Manage tracking and audit matters for IT and fixed assets, guaranteeing accurate records and compliance.
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes for HR staff, facilitating a smooth transition.
- Provide secretariat services for meetings, including note-taking and document preparation.
- Perform any additional projects and tasks assigned by management, showcasing adaptability and a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Secretary to C-suite Management, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
- Keen interest in healthcare, with a willingness to learn and grow within the sector.
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline, demonstrating academic achievement and potential.
