The CEO – Clinics will drive strategic and operational leadership to enhance efficiency, strengthen partnerships with insurers and independent physicians, grow patient volumes and elevate patient experience through innovation and service excellence.

This pivotal role carries full accountability for strategic direction, operational performance and financial sustainability. Reporting to The Medical City President and Group CEO, the CEO - Clinics will play a critical role in integrating the clinic network into a broader healthcare ecosystem, leveraging synergies and positioning the organization for sustained growth and modernization.

• Provide visionary leadership and fiduciary oversight of a multi-specialty clinic network
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with group objectives
• Oversee daily operations across multiple dispersed sites, ensuring service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Manage full P&L, drive revenue growth and ensure cost control
• Strengthen relationships with insurers, physician partners and key stakeholders
• Drive expansion through new clinic development, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Enhance patient experience and service delivery through digital transformation and innovation
• Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with healthcare group leadership to align clinic operations with overall system integration
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold high clinical and ethical standards

• 10-15+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare or large service networks, ideally with multi-site operations; proven experience in running hospitals and/or clinics networks
• Strong P&L management track record and commercial acumen
• Experience negotiating and managing partnerships with insurers or HMOs
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and service excellence
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions and integration of healthcare organizations preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA, MHA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred; Advanced healthcare degree e.g. MD, Masters in Nursing, Pharmacy or other Allied Health Professional Qualification preferred
