A fast-growing healthcare services group is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. With an ambitious growth agenda and a clear path toward a potential IPO or strategic transaction by 2026, the organisation is scaling rapidly across Southeast Asia through acquisition and operational transformation.

The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will lead the financial strategy, drive investor relations, treasury, M&A integration, and internal financial transformation. This newly created role offers significant strategic influence and the opportunity to help shape the group's long-term direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategy, planning, and analysis across a diverse group structure
• Lead IPO readiness efforts including roadshows, capital structuring, and financial governance
• Drive internalisation of finance functions and harmonisation post-acquisition
• Own compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory obligations
• Strengthen internal controls, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making
• Lead a sizeable finance team including a Financial Controller, and rationalise external providers
• Manage investor relations and act as a key liaison with auditors and capital markets stakeholders
• Partner with the CEO and founders to scale operations while ensuring financial discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven CFO or senior finance leader in multi-entity, fast-paced environments
• Exposure to IPO planning or major M&A activity (Singapore, Hong Kong, or equivalent markets)
• Experience in services, healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries highly regarded
• Demonstrated success leading finance transformation or integration projects
• Deep understanding of treasury, capital markets, and corporate governance
• High commercial acumen and ability to advise executive leadership strategically
• Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
• Capable of leading with incomplete data and confident in ambiguity
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at Board level
• High emotional intelligence, resilient, and collaborative in nature.
