Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior HR Manager to drive our organization's HR vision and objectives. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our human capital strategy and ensuring that our workforce is aligned with our business goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement, and will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

A key focus area for this role will be on talent management, where you will identify, attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees who are equipped to drive business success. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. You will also need to be highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Degree and above qualification in business management, HR or any related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of experience in assuming Human Resource Partnering role, preferably from a similar industry;
  • Demonstrating strong ability to manage different stakeholders in various cultures;
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills;
  • Possess a can-do spirit, be positives and enjoys challenges, with a passion for Human Resources professionalism;
