Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Client Success Manager for a 12-month extendable contract role. As the primary point of contact, you will be supporting Japan and Taiwan clients on product support.


About the Role:
• The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer support on product management escalations
• They will develop strong relationships with Pixel partners' support teams to understand their needs and requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify fixes and resolve partner escalations
• Spearhead special projects/initiatives that enhance the phone experience and reduce support burden on partners and customers
• Monitor top customer issues and support metrics

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of robust relationships with Pixel partners' support teams to ensure seamless communication
• Drive business growth through effective partnership management and collaborative initiatives
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team

Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years of work experience in managing client relationships via sales or customer support
• Proven experience in consumer hardware support
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with partners
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic and analytical skills to draw insights from data and drive recommended actions
• Experience working with hardware partners on consumer electronics products
