Digipixel is a Cyber Trust (Tier 2) Certified digital agency, specialising in web solutions, eCommerce development, branding, and cybersecurity-focused digital marketing.

As a Pre-Approved Vendor under IMDA's SMEs Go Digital initiative, we are recognised for delivering secure, scalable, and innovative eCommerce solutions that empower businesses to excel in Singapore's dynamic digital economy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively and professionally.
  • Proactively gather and analyse client feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
  • Conduct project handover sessions with clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organisation: Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment such as customer service, hospitality.
  • Positive mindset and eagerness to learn and improve
  • An extroverted personality is a bonus
