The Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
- Deliver personalized service to every guest, ensuring their needs and preferences are met throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop extensive knowledge of menu items, including wine pairings, and communicate this information confidently to guests.
- Recognize repeat guests and take note of their preferences to create a personalized service experience.
- Ensure guests feel valued and exceed expectations by consistently going above and beyond.
- Coordinate special requests such as dietary restrictions, celebrations, or VIP services.
- Relay any guest feedback to the management team for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and neat appearance, adhering to grooming and uniform standards at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor, providing prompt and efficient solutions.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment while ensuring top-notch guest service
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within food and beverage service, with a focus on guest relations
- Understanding of the menu offerings, including wine and food pairings, and the ability to communicate this knowledge confidently to guests
