The CRM Engagement Strategist will play a pivotal role in the execution and management of email, push, and in-app communication campaigns for various programs, including transactional, research, and service initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for customer relationship management and exceptional campaign execution skills.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, technology, engineering, customer experience, partnerships, legal, and research to achieve strategic goals.
- Oversee comprehensive campaign management, which includes: Developing both ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platform, Coordinating campaign builds with relevant stakeholders, Monitoring campaign progress and timelines on the project board, Launching campaigns in Braze.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM operations utilizing an enterprise-level email service provider.
- Fundamental understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.
- Proficiency with audience segmentation tools; experience with Braze is preferred.
- Experience managing projects using JIRA, Monday, or similar project management tools.
- Basic knowledge of email and push notification best practices.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and business teams.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and resource management capabilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Capable of efficiently organizing, prioritizing, and managing a high volume of work.
