Job Title: Estate Management Executive

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced estate management executive to oversee daily operations and maintenance of our properties.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and residents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily estate operations and maintenance, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and manage defect reporting, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
  3. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and MCST to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including BMSMA and safety protocols.
  5. Maintain accurate records, reports, quotations, and logs, providing valuable insights for future decision-making.
  6. Respond promptly to resident queries and feedback, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  7. Prepare documentation and support AGMs/EGMs, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Real Estate Management or related field is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is essential.
