Talent Management Leader

The role of a Talent Management Leader involves overseeing and directing all aspects of strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of strategic initiatives, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Apply deep knowledge of trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and build lasting relationships across diverse networks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within established parameters.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and vendors.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field from a well-ranked institution and/or currently enrolled in an advanced degree program.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in leadership and management roles with leading consulting firms in the government or public sector.
