Job Title: Shipping Executive (Import & Export / Land & Sea freights)

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Executive to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in import and export documentation and shipping procedures, as well as basic bookkeeping skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and handle all shipping documents, custom declaration, and permit for import and export, including data compilation for invoices.
  • Ensure relevant shipping documents are ready and delivered to respective parties, such as banks, in a timely manner.
  • Correspond with customers to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport, and shipping documentation arrangements.
  • Provide daily customer service to customers or distributors on order follow-up and shipping information.
  • May need to prepare L/C documentation and LC negotiation.
  • Perform other admin and ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in import and export documentation and shipping procedures.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills.
  • Knowledge of company operations, including packaging food and meat trading.
