Culinary Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Manage the preparation and presentation of food items on placed orders, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers.
  • Kitchen Inventory: Monitor inventory levels and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies while minimizing waste.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Handle equipment, appliances, supplies, and tools, ensuring they are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Health and Safety: Follow and adhere to health and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in food preparation, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certification and Culinary Arts degree or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
