Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Singapore. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving food quality and customer satisfaction across our hotels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and staff supervision.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor food costs and revenue to ensure optimal financial outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to achieve business goals and promote cross-functional understanding.
Requirements
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Culinary Expertise: Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine, as well as current culinary trends.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
