- We are seeking a seasoned business continuity and incident management professional to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BCPs across the organization, including conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and driving continuous improvement to ensure operational resilience.
- Coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security teams, and business units to ensure preparedness and effective alignment across departments.

- Lead incident response communication and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and readiness for future disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields.
- Strong understanding of best practices in business continuity and incident management with proven experience in leading teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts effectively.
- Skilled in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, and Operations, with a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
