Job Title: Business Continuity Manager
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL best practices, incident response, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining BCPs, conducting business impact analyses, coordinating recovery drills and testing, and identifying and assessing operational risks. Additionally, the selected candidate will collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure continuity strategies align with regulatory standards.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in a related field, excellent knowledge of ITIL best practices, and proven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams. Proficiency in supporting desktop end-user services, infrastructure, banking applications, and operations is also essential. Furthermore, the selected individual will be familiar with industry-standard technical skills and tools.
