**Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of business continuity management strategies that ensure seamless operations and delivery of critical services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive resilience outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and Implement BCM Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive business continuity management plans that align with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Inspire and motivate multidisciplinary professionals to work towards achieving resilience goals, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
3. Assess and Refine BCM: Continuously evaluate and refine business continuity management strategies through rigorous analysis, leveraging metrics and insights from execution and aligning with local regulations to make informed improvements.
4. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to address issues, develop strategic plans, advocate for change, and implement solutions.

**Critical Operations Identification, Assessment, and Improvements:**

1. Establish Operational Resilience Governance Model: Assist in leading, establishing, executing, and managing operational resilience governance models and deliverables.
2. Critical Operations Identification: Collaborate with teams to identify critical operations using an enterprise approach.
3. Continuous Monitoring: Continuously monitor internal and external factors to re-evaluate inventory of critical operations and associated actions required.
4. Critical Operations Analysis: Support the analysis of critical operations, including defining scope, impact tolerance, end-to-end mapping of assets required for running of critical operations (people, location, technology, process, 3rd party), identifying material points of failure, developing action plans to remediate vulnerabilities, and testing readiness of critical operations through severe but plausible scenarios.
5. Partnerships and Progress Monitoring: Partner with Critical Operations owners, Operational Resilience Office, and enablement programs to align, execute, and monitor progress on remediation actions.
6. Tracking and Monitoring KPIs and KRIs: Assist in developing and delivering tracking and monitoring KPIs and KRIs on MLS's Operational Resilience progress and posture.

**Maintain Robust Business Continuity Plan:**

1. Develop and Maintain BCP: Assist in leading and managing teams to develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP), improving completeness and quality of BCP for critical and non-critical processes.
2. Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Support teams in completing and updating the Business Impact Analysis (BIA), ensuring alignment of business and technology recovery objectives.
3. Business Continuity Strategies: Provide advice and guidance in formulating Business Continuity strategies based on business needs, industry trends, and best practices.
4. Implement BC Strategies into BCP: Ensuring Business Continuity strategies are implemented into Business Continuity Plans.
5. Regular Testing and Exercises: Facilitate and lead regular testing and exercises to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Business Continuity Plans.
6. BCP Reflective of Critical Operations: Ensure Business Continuity Plans are reflective of Critical Operations considerations, where applicable, including impact tolerance and material points of failure.
7. Satisfying Regulatory Requirements: Ensure the Business Continuity Program satisfies local Regulatory Requirements.

**Ensure Exit Plans for Critical Third Parties are Maintained and Tested:**

1. Validation of Critical Third Parties: Assist in leading and managing the validation of critical third parties as part of critical operations analysis.
2. Exit Plans Development: Partner with third-party relationship owners to develop and maintain exit plans for critical third parties.
3. Simulation Exercise: Conduct simulation exercise to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of exit plans.
