**A Snapshot**:
As the AirTrunk's first Continuity & Resilience Manager APAC (based either in Singapore or Australia), reporting directly to the Head of Security & Resilience, you will work with all lines of business across APAC, making your mark in a number of ways:

- Developing and driving the business resilience, business continuity and incident/crisis management frameworks
- Ensuring AirTrunk is aware of emerging and threat change patterns by monitoring and tracking the government regulatory obligations and external threat landscape
- Mitigate risks to AirTrunk's people, premises, technology and supply chain by facilitating and integrating training, testing and governing activities

**Your Day to Day**:

- Handle response to major events across AirTrunk's key operating streams and assets
- Collaborate with the ICT team to incorporate disaster recovery elements in BC/CM plans
- Own the integration of new markets and assets into AirTrunk's operations from a resilience lens
- Implement and facilitate business impact assessment workshops and awareness campaigns
- Highlight lessons learned for improvement after incidents and ensure lessons are corrected and addressed for risk mitigation
- Lead AirTrunk supply chain and travel risk management programme, including undertaking travel risk assessments and approvals for higher risk locations
- Manage AirTrunk's travel medical and security provider relationship and tools
- Lead COVID-19 planning and response across the organisation
- Supervise regional threats impacting AirTrunk's business resilience
- Lead all aspects of enterprise-level organisation resilience for our new and existing assets through market entry, design, construction, and operations, including involvement in relevant market entry studies and geo-political risk analysis
- Maintain the enterprise-level security management framework and security operating procedures and training at a regional level
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical activities and establish plans and resources to provide alternative workflows to ensure business continuity
- Champion the identification, development, implementation, administration, and improvement of emergency communications and business continuity technologies and tools

**Requirements**:

- Successfully developed and led business continuity, crisis management, and/or disaster recovery programs in a consulting or client-side role
- Bachelor's degree in related disciple or relevant working experience at senior level
- Experience working for data centre operators or other high security sectors in operations and/or consulting assignments
- Experience working on projects or for organisations in a role covering multiple locations across APAC
- Outstanding organisational and programme management skills
- Strong written and verbal presentation and training skills
- Knowledge of relevant standards for crisis management, business continuity and operational risk management (ISO 22301, BS11200, ISO31000)
- Incredibly flexible and adaptable to a dynamic fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
