Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business continuity efforts, driving operational resilience and ensuring timely incident response.

  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization, incorporating Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments with cross-functional teams to guarantee preparedness and effective alignment.
  • Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adapting continuity strategies to maintain compliance.
  • Lead incident response communication and post-event reviews, providing timely updates and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices with proven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Skills in supporting End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with analytical mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delegating tasks efficiently, and coordinating technology teams for comprehensive incident management.
