**What the role is**
- As Head of the BCM team, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, implementing and reviewing key BCM initiatives, including crisis management and disaster mitigation. You will oversee the BCM team to collaborate with the different business units of A*STAR to achieve desired outcomes of the BCM program.

**What you will be working on**
- The key responsibilities are: - Guide, nurture and lead a team of BCM specialists to drive the execution of business continuity management activities for A*STAR and its Research Institutes and entities - Lead the evaluation and enhancement of the BCM framework - Lead the collection and review of risk information from business units - Oversee the operationalization of the BCM review cycle for Risk Analysis & Review, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategies and Recovery Procedures - Create and review additional strategies for continuity and recovery, and improve practical execution of recovery procedures in an incident/crisis - Serve as lead advisory for BCM related matters to all business units and stakeholders including risk and control groups and senior management
