
Comprehensive Business Support Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented Operations and HR Specialist to provide comprehensive support in managing various aspects of our business.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, office management, or compliance, preferably in financial services. They will be fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including SFC license and work visa applications.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to SFC licensing and CPT.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to manage license applications, amendments, and cessations.
- Ensure timely completion of regulatory filings and documentation in accordance with Compliance standards.
- Provide administrative support for payroll, finance, and other tasks as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, office management, or compliance.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- Experience with SFC licensing and work visa processes is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
