Office Operations Coordinator Job Summary:

The role of Office Operations Coordinator involves managing various aspects of office operations with a focus on organization, attention to detail and effective communication.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the preparation for renovations, ensuring proper accounting of logistics, overseeing the shifting and return of equipment, providing packing and relocation support for senior management and identifying and managing unwanted documents/stores.

Additionally, the incumbent will set up and transform storerooms into storage hubs for transition, provide logistical support for engagement activities and handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Singaporean national
  • Possess a minimum Diploma in any field or its equivalent
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to relocate
  • Experience in corporate relocation, transportation management and space planning is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is essential
  • Candidates with experience in office administration, accounting and service excellence are preferred
