The Portfolio Brands people team is undergoing a transformation to align with business requirements effectively, focusing on taking comprehensive responsibility within the HR specialist domain.

This transformation includes the enhancement of the Talent Acquisition team dedicated to COS, Monki, Weekday, & Other Stories, and Arket within the Portfolio. This team will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive business expansion by attracting and retaining proficient talent, ensuring a prosperous future.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee a high-performing team, conducting performance evaluations, assessments, and establishing developmental objectives.
  • Facilitate communication with regional teams, ensuring the effective implementation of the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics, mentor team members, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Execute talent acquisition strategies in local markets and ensure proper workforce planning.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for various office positions.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and secure their engagement in the process.
  • Establish and monitor recruitment budgets for each division.

Candidate Profile

As a professional in a multi-brand environment, you must excel in stakeholder engagement and communication. A collaborative, transparent, and trust-based approach is vital. Leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities are also essential, along with the ability to prioritize both strategic and operational tasks.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles within corporate settings.
  • Ability to engage with multiple markets and stakeholders with varying needs.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language.
  • Experience within one of the Portfolio Brands is a plus.
