Head of Talent Acquisition

Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Lead at Duotech will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by executing the strategic staffing initiatives across the APAC region. This position is designed for a seasoned professional who is passionate about attracting and retaining top-tier talent to drive our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the strategic staffing framework for the APAC region, focusing on attracting a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates.
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Align recruitment strategies with business goals, effectively managing the recruitment lifecycle while influencing key stakeholders.
- Analyze hiring trends and external market data to refine and enhance our staffing strategies.
- Utilize various external sourcing channels to efficiently attract top talent across multiple levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a rigorous screening process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
- Manage the offer process, maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout their journey.
- Promote Duotech's high-performance culture, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, encompassing both in-house and agency experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent attraction and acquisition, with a proven ability to design effective hiring strategies that meet business needs.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary talent acquisition tools and techniques, along with experience in market mapping and talent research.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with international colleagues and candidates.
