About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies across various markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and retain a high-caliber team by undertaking regular performance reviews, appraisals, and setting development goals.
  • Coordinate communication with area teams, verify TA process implementation, provide updates, and collect feedback as needed.
  • Analyze and follow up recruitment KPIs, coach TA Partners & Area Teams to identify areas of strength and opportunity, ensuring appropriate actions are being taken to drive the talent acquisition function forward.
  • Partner with TA Partners & Area Teams to implement talent acquisition strategies in local markets and ensure there is an effective workforce plan in place to secure the right resources at the right time.
  • Responsible for the recruitment & onboarding process for various office persona roles, ensuring candidates and hiring managers receive a positive experience.
  • Guide hiring managers on the best way to recruit, offer recommendations, and provide them with useful insights. Secure their commitment to secure the right candidates are selected, within an agreed timeline.
  • Set recruitment budgets for the year and follow up with each area to ensure all spend is within parameters.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a recruitment or HR-related role within head office/area team with extensive knowledge within the Talent Acquisition area.
  • Experience working with multiple markets and building relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations; understanding stakeholder desires, needs, and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt messages to diverse audiences, level of seniority, and different stakeholders' needs.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities with a curious and prestige-less approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to shift and prioritize between strategic work and hands-on operational tasks.
