About the Role
Job Summary
Dynatrace is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to support our aggressive growth targets in APAC. As a key member of our Global Talent team, you will work closely with senior leadership to create recruiting strategies, identify, qualify, and recruit top talent. This role will be based in Singapore and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and proactive strategies to attract and recruit top performers in sales and other key areas across APAC.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams across APAC to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Foster and cultivate relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to deliver upon short and long-term needs.
- Collaborate with employer branding teams to build awareness in the markets you support.
- Act as a trusted advisor with leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition and management.
- Lead and participate in regional or global recruitment programs, driving results and best practices.
- Manage recruiting performance and reporting for respective groups, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize business acumen to drive strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of multiple discipline recruiting experience across APAC, with a focus on sales.
- Success track record of direct sourcing candidates at all levels.
- Experience working in high-growth and preferably SaaS global organizations.
- Experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth, change, and/or international expansion.
- Possess strong business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative, build strong relationships, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accountability, with a focus on the customer and a passion for winning.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments, ensuring an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
