
Lead Enterprise Sales Specialist

This is a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for spearheading enterprise sales across the Asia region.
- Own and drive the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals with key shipping organizations.
- Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams within these organizations, ensuring seamless engagement and collaboration.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client challenges and align them with our solution ecosystem, driving tangible business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in enterprise or consultative sales, preferably within the maritime or technology sectors.
- The ability to navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a keen understanding of business impact and ROI.
- The capacity to grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
We are seeking an individual with:
- A self-starting mindset and discipline to own markets and drive long-term growth.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Asia and occasionally beyond.
