Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient-Centered Care
    • Deliver prompt and excellent services with care, empathy, and professionalism
    • Handle patient registration, payment collection, and bill inquiries
  • Financial Counselling and Support
    • Provide financial counselling to help patients and next-of-kin make informed decisions through sharing of inpatient bill estimates, available payment modes, and financial assistance
  • Coordination and Collaboration
    • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate admission and financial counselling processes for seamless patient experience
  • Administrative and Logistical Support
    • Support in administrative and logistical tasks, with opportunities to be involved in improvement initiatives that contribute towards the transformation of overall healthcare financing journey
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline/GCE 'A'/'O' Level/Higher NITEC/NITEC in any disciplines
  • Frontline/customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in computer application i.e. MS Office
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • An adaptable team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
