Job Title:
Business Systems Coordinator

Job Description
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple ICT vendors and external service providers.
  • Closely collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Facilitate workshops with business users to gather, clarify, and validate requirements. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and document problems with clear recommendations and solutions. Review and validate project deliverables such as functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation. Plan, coordinate, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met for projects, incidents, and support activities.

Identify and assess potential project risks, recommending mitigation measures where necessary. Ensure all systems, processes, and documentation comply with IT management, quality assurance, and security policies. Manage and resolve day-to-day IT issues related to applications, infrastructure, or security.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in web development projects and daily IT operations.
  • Strong background in .NET or J2EE applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise IT governance and security frameworks.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex application, infrastructure, and security challenges, particularly in Singapore government settings.
