Job Title: Senior Business Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, IT project management, and technical coordination. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines will be essential to your success in this role.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery
  • Develop effective solutions to meet business needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address business requirements
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate audit reviews
  • Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in business analysis, IT project management, and technical coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
