We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of After Sales Service Expert. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proactive and effective account management, cultivating and strengthening relationships with customers, and contributing to the preparation of bids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for addressing customer issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers while fostering collaboration across different departments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of bids, playing a role in the success of customer engagements and driving business growth.
  • Provide insights to enhance revenue through strategic approaches aligned with existing business models and market trends.
  • Collaborate with global accounts, participating in operational reviews and KPI assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Offer troubleshooting support and guidance to the global operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Swiftly escalate and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with various teams, including sales, customer service, billing, and operations to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  • Update and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while sharing and promoting best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a strong understanding of after-sales support principles and practices, as well as experience working with international shipping and inventory management systems.
