Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Execution Professional to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial execution strategy in Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) region.

You will work closely with our global integrated brand team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and competitiveness. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Representing JAPAC region and providing input to the global integrated brand team on strategic deliverables and showcase local region priorities/best practices.
  • Supporting the development of global strategy plans to support competitive differentiation and execution excellence.
  • Collaborating with the Director, GCEL to review local brand plans ahead of submission to provide advice and direction ensuring alignment with global strategy.

In addition, you will be responsible for accelerating region agenda priorities, supporting project moonshot for Repatha to accelerate momentum, and working on performance inputs and lead relevant projects. You will also attend standalone QBR meetings and affiliate performance meetings, drive requisite follow-ups to ensure milestones are met, and support ongoing communication/change management plan to drive high ongoing engagement throughout the year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and at least 4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on commercial execution. You must also possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills based on leveraging sound data and evidence, and have strong collaboration and customer service mindset to partner closely with affiliates to deliver results and shape Amgen's future.

You should have a strong understanding of market dynamics, disease state, customer needs, and product life cycle. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and executing business plans, managing budgets, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
