Job Title:
  Retail and Commercial Properties Asset StrategistWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Asset Strategist, responsible for driving the performance and value enhancement of retail and commercial properties in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to the growth and success of our portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute asset strategies to optimize income and enhance asset value;  
  • Oversee and drive key performance indicators across leasing, occupancy, rental reversion, tenant retention, and capital value enhancement;  
  • Collaborate with leasing, legal, and operations teams to maintain optimal tenant mix and commercial performance;  
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of asset enhancement initiatives, repositioning projects, and capital improvement programs;  
  • Provide financial budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting support to inform business decisions;  
  • Engage in market research and competitive analysis to proactively identify emerging risks and opportunities.
Requirements:We require a Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in managing retail and commercial real estate in Singapore.
