Job Title:
Property Value Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Property Value Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management department, you will play a vital role in maximizing the value of our properties through the formulation and implementation of strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize property value by developing and implementing effective strategies for asset positioning and increasing Net Property Income.
  • Improve revenue management and revenue-generating capabilities of managed properties.
  • Manage and control operating and capital expenses while maintaining services aligned with long-term property positioning.
  • Oversee all asset-related matters, including negotiation and execution of leases, head lease renewal, property tax, and credit control.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. You should be familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset management, possess strong analytical and financial skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
